The different ways to spend your RevPoints
Revolut offers several ways to use the RevPoints you have built up, accessible directly from the Rewards section of the app. The list of available options may vary depending on your plan, your country of residence and the app version. Here is a full tour of what exists, with an honest analysis of the value offered by each option. To stay comparable from one page to the next, our calculations use an indicative value of 0.7 cents per point.
1. The discount through Revolut Pay: the best-value option
Using your RevPoints as a direct discount when paying through Revolut Pay is the option with the best value-to-risk ratio. At the 10% discount tier, the displayed conversion rate is 100 RevPoints = €1, the most favourable of all the redemption options, above our indicative value of 0.7 cents per point.
How to do it
When paying at a merchant that accepts Revolut Pay (Booking.com, many online retailers...), select Revolut Pay as the payment method, then choose to apply a RevPoints discount. Be sure to select the 10% discount tier: it is the most favourable rate.
Do not go above a 10% discount: beyond that, the cost in points rises disproportionately. At 15% or 20%, you spend far more points for a marginal benefit, which sharply degrades the effective rate.
- Best conversion rate: 100 pts = €1
- Certain value, no risk
- Applied directly at the time of payment
- Only available at merchants that accept Revolut Pay
- Do not go above a 10% discount or the rate degrades

2. Converting to airline miles: the best value for travellers
Since 2024, Revolut has considerably expanded its airline partnerships. You can now convert your RevPoints into miles with more than 14 loyalty programmes covering over 45 airlines.
Partner programmes available (2026)
Among the main partners:
- Flying Blue (Air France, KLM), highly relevant for European travellers
- Avios (British Airways, Iberia, Vueling, Aer Lingus)
- Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles
- Qatar Airways Privilege Club
- Etihad Guest
- SAS EuroBonus
- Aegean Miles & Bonus
- And several other regional programmes
Conversion rate
The standard rate is 1 RevPoint = 1 mile in the vast majority of partner programmes. Occasional promotions may offer conversion bonuses (for example +50% miles during certain periods with certain partners).
When should you convert to miles?
The value of a mile varies depending on how you use it:
- Economy ticket, short or medium haul: often worth 0.5 to 1 cent per mile, not very attractive
- Business ticket, long haul: can be worth 2 to 5 cents per mile, very attractive
- Upgrade from Economy to Business: excellent points-to-value ratio
Converting to miles is therefore particularly worthwhile if you fly Business or take regular long-haul flights. For everyday use or short trips, the direct discount through Revolut Pay remains more accessible.
Build up your RevPoints on a Metal (×5) or Ultra (×10) plan, then convert them into Flying Blue miles for an Air France Business flight: this is often one of the most profitable uses in pure value terms.
3. With Revolut partners
Revolut has set up partnerships with various merchants (hotels, restaurants, streaming services, e-commerce) where you can use your RevPoints to get discounts or access exclusive offers.
How to access partner offers
In the Revolut app, the "Offers" or "Rewards" section lists the active partners. Some let you pay directly in RevPoints (in full or in part), others convert the points into a voucher to use at checkout.
- The conversion rate varies from one partner to another: always check the value offered before converting.
- Partnerships change regularly: check the section to spot new opportunities.
- Always compare the displayed rate with the Revolut Pay discount (100 pts = €1) and with gift cards before converting.
- Geographic availability may limit access to certain partners depending on your country.
4. Gift cards
Converting to a gift card costs around 1,400 points for €10, a rate close to our indicative value of 0.7 cents per point. It is the best ratio available without depending on a specific merchant, and the ideal fallback option when Revolut Pay is not available at your merchant.
Revolut offers gift cards for many retailers (Amazon, Zalando, Fnac, etc.). The selection changes regularly depending on the partnerships available in your country. Check the RevPoints tab in the app to see the cards available at the time of conversion.
Gift cards are the best option when Revolut Pay is not available. They offer certain value without depending on a particular purchase context, ideal for planning a future expense (groceries, e-commerce, culture).
5. Revolut Stays
Revolut has developed a hotel booking feature built into the app, called "Revolut Stays". You can search for and book accommodation there, with the option of using your RevPoints to reduce the bill. Stays bookings also earn bonus points (up to 10 points per euro announced by Revolut).
Availability of this feature and of RevPoints redemption in this context may vary by country and plan. It is generally more attractive for Metal and Ultra plans, which enjoy preferential conditions on bookings through the app. The value of points in this context should be compared with market prices to make sure it is worthwhile.
Which option offers the best value?
Here is a summary comparison of the available options, to help you choose the redemption strategy best suited to your situation. The values shown are estimates: the actual value always depends on the context.
| Redemption option | Estimated value / 1,000 pts | Risk | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10% Revolut Pay discount | ~€10 (100 pts = €1) | None | Best ratio |
| Gift card (1,400 pts = €10) | ~€7 (0.7 cents/pt) | None | Good ratio |
| Airline miles (long-haul Business) | Variable: €5 to €50 potentially | Low | Excellent for Business travellers |
| Revolut partners | Varies by partner | Very low | Compare case by case |
| Revolut Stays / hotels | Varies by offer | None | Depends on context |
First choice: the 10% discount through Revolut Pay (100 pts = €1), the most profitable option whenever the merchant accepts it. If you regularly fly Business class, converting to airline miles (Flying Blue, Avios...) can offer even more value. Otherwise, gift cards (1,400 pts = €10) are the best alternative with no constraints, before looking at partner offers depending on the context.
