2. Data we do not collect
- No audience measurement tool (no Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible or equivalent).
- No cookies set by the site, whether first-party or third-party.
- No forms, no sign-up, no newsletter.
- No fonts or scripts loaded from a third-party service: the fonts are hosted on revoptimize.fr.
- No share buttons or embedded content (video, map, social network) that would report your visit to a third party.
3. Local storage in your browser
The site remembers your display preference (light or dark mode) in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key ro-theme). This information stays on your device, is never sent to our servers or to any third party, and does not identify anyone. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
4. Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider (o2switch SAS, Clermont-Ferrand, France) keeps technical connection logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser. These logs are used solely for security and to keep the service running properly; they are kept by the host for the period set out in its terms and by regulation, then deleted. We do not use them for profiling.
5. Referral links to Revolut
The "Open an account" buttons point to an internal address (/go/revolut/) that redirects you to Revolut's referral page. From that redirect onwards you leave revoptimize.fr: Revolut and, where applicable, its affiliate platform may then set their own cookies and process your data under their own privacy policy. We receive no personal data about you, only an anonymous count of validated account openings.
6. External links
Articles cite their sources (Revolut, press, regulators) through outbound links. Those sites apply their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.
7. Your rights
Since the site holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, rectify or erase. For any question about this policy or about the host's logs, write to contact@revoptimize.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
8. Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with its update date shown at the top of the page.
